Minimum Fees and Indicative Design Costs

All indicative fees below are subject to the addition of VAT and written confirmation, where  3rd party data such as Ordnance Survey and British Geological  Survey data is considered neccessary to complete the task will be an additional cost.

Minimum site visit costs (typically Bridgwater,Taunton, Street, Glastonbury, Wedmore) £400

Structural Appraisal (not RICS Structural Report) £450 excluding cost of site visit.

Design of simple steel beam for removal of load bearing wall  £200-300 + cost of site visit.

Piled Foundation design for domestic house including reinforcement schedules and drawings excluding cost of geotechnical site investigation works £1,800

Loft Conversion to Terrace House £450
